What is the minimum stay?
Make yourself comfortable for 30 nights or longer. South Rock is designed for extended stays, not nightly or weekly bookings.
Who is a South Rock stay for?
Our furnished condos suit work assignments, relocations, insurance housing, and time between homes. Companies and housing coordinators are welcome to inquire for someone else.
What is included in a furnished condo?
Our furnished condos offer a kitchen and living space, in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a HEPA air purifier. Furnishings and equipment may vary; your quote confirms the inclusions for your specific condo.
Where will I be staying?
South Rock is in Dallas near White Rock Lake, with access to neighborhood trails, shopping, and dining. We’ll confirm the exact condo and address with your stay details.
What are the rates and how do I check availability?
Monthly rates depend on the length of your stay. See the pricing section below, then send your preferred dates for availability and a written quote. Submitting a request does not hold or reserve a condo.
Are pets allowed?
The furnished corporate rental is a no-pet stay. Assistance animals are not pets and are handled separately; please contact us about an accommodation without sending medical details through this form.
Are there application or cleaning fees?
A $70 screening charge and a $125 end-of-stay cleaning fee apply. Your written quote confirms these fees, the deposit, and any other applicable charges before you commit.
What should I know about the deposit and payments?
A deposit and signed agreement are part of confirming your stay. Terms vary by stay length, including rent due before move-in for shorter stays and monthly payments for longer stays. We’ll put your deposit, payment schedule, and any utility responsibilities in writing—please do not send payment with this inquiry.
How do cleaning and move-out work?
We ask guests to take trash to the dumpster, leave the condo broom-swept, and place linens on the bed. We’ll provide your move-out instructions before departure. If you’d like cleaning during your stay, ask us about available options.
