Information you choose to share

When you request availability, South Rock Living may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, preferred dates, number of residents, residence preference, reason for the stay, pet selection, flexible-date preference, and notes you provide. Campaign-source labels may be recorded so we can understand how an inquiry reached us.

Our website hosting and security providers also automatically record limited technical information—such as your IP address, browser type, and request logs—to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

Do not submit payment-card, bank-account, Social Security, government-ID, medical, or other highly sensitive information through the public inquiry form.

How inquiry information is used

We use the information to review fit and availability, respond to you, prepare a written housing option, coordinate approved next steps, prevent abuse, maintain business records, measure marketing sources, and comply with applicable law. An inquiry does not create a reservation, hold, lease, or charge.

Sharing, selling, and service providers

South Rock Living does not sell inquiry information. We may provide the minimum necessary information to service providers or professional advisers that support hosting, communications, screening, leasing, accounting, security, or legal compliance. Cloudflare provides our website hosting. Web3Forms processes inquiry submissions and delivers them to our team by email; its service may apply abuse-prevention filtering. Please see Web3Forms privacy information. A formal application or lease may be handled in a separately identified approved system with its own disclosures.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry records only as reasonably needed for the purposes above and apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete an inquiry record, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Transactional replies about a request are separate from optional marketing messages.
